Interactions with your Doctor should be easy yet informative.

     Have you ever had a personal medical question and wanted the answer immediately?  Your Regal Health Services Physician will answer your e-mail 7 days a week (no matter what country you are in!). 

Would you like to be able to speak with your personal Physician for emergency advice at any time of day throughout the year?

     Have you ever had an urgent medical issue and needed answers now? Your Regal Health Services Physician sleeps with his mobile phone on and you will have his number!  A quick phone call to us can sometimes prevent an unnecessary emergency visit or more importantly, be critical to your health.  

Our policy is that emergency medical advice should be obtainable at all times for our patients. 

     We can e-mail you lab or imaging requisitions and phone or e-mail you results saving you hours of your valuable time.  We even have a travelling lab technician that can draw blood tests or even take a cardiogram from the comfort of your own home or office.  Even if you are outside the GTA, we specialize in communicating with you and looking after your healthcare needs from a distance.  Our patients are in Barrie, Niagara, Huntsville, even Sault St Marie and Ottawa! 

     At your Annual Comprehensive Health and Lifestyle Assessment, you will have an in depth analysis and examination followed by a discussion with your personal physician to go over every facet of your health.   We will take the time necessary to address all your health care questions and concerns.  We will also follow up throughout the year with your personalized health care plan. Your care is complemented by our broad range of individualized consultations with allied health professionals of your choice (dietitian, optometrist, fitness trainer, physiotherapist and others).

     Of course, if you are ill or have any health concerns, then OHIP will cover all medically necessary tests and consultations in the usual way. Nothing there will change. We will do our best to fit you in within 24 hours of your request to be seen. 

Would you like to be able to call or email your doctor's office for test results or prescriptions over the phone?

     You will save a lot of time and energy throughout the year by the telephone or email contact with our offices.  There is often no need to come in for routine tasks such as getting results or getting prescriptions refilled.

     In order to be able to provide this type of comprehensive and personal health service, Regal Health has a limit to the number of clients it can accommodate.  There is also an annual fee of $3300 which covers those services which OHIP does not insure (such as telephone advice for a new emergency condition, a consultation with a dietitian, psychologist if desired, chiropractor etc).  No other fees will be charged without your prior consent.    

     At Regal Health Services, we work hard to provide you the best medical care, utilizing our expertise and the most current tools that exist. We will follow you and your health throughout the year.
